Jeff Moorad, owner of the San Deigo Padres was referred to me by a long time client based in Orange County, CA who specializes in the marketing of high-end, high-profile properties for sale. Jeff's home had been on the market for more than a year, but due to the slumping real estate market and the high value of the home, it had not sold. Jeff and his broker decided to increase marketing efforts which required better photography to spearhead this effort.
The Moorad Residence was one of the most challenging assignments and the largest home I have photographed. The buildings square footage totals more than 20,000sf and sits on 5.5 acres directly under Paradise Valley’s iconic Camelback Mountain. Big and beautiful, the shear size of the property posed a challenge for my assistants and I to photograph enough scenes each day to stay on schedule. The solution; planning and logistics, keeping the walkie-talkies charged, and 15 hour shoot days.
